Why does notification say 'or ...' or '(Maybe)' opened an email instead of telling me who actually opened the email?

EmailCaddie is able to track if an email is opened. If the email has been sent to only one person we can assume that person has opened the email. However if the email is sent to multiple recipients, we can only tell you if the email has been opened and not who has opened the email.
