What happens if I do not want to use tracking after the first month?

You can cancel at any time, just email us at support@standss.com.fj and details on how you can cancel your subscription shall be provided.

What happens after the 14 Day Trial?

If you wish to continue using tracking past the first 14 day Trial, just simply purchase either the Standard, Pro or Unlimited version to enjoy using the services of EmailCaddie or EmailMerge with EmailCaddie. An remember…. there are no long term contracts. You will be billed monthly/yearly and you can cancel at any time.

Do I need to learn anything new in order to track my email merges?

NO! Send out your email merges using the Wizard like you always have. The final step of the Wizard now has one box that you tick in order to track the emails you send as part of the merge.

Do I need to install any new software in order to use tracking?

The tracking features are already built into Email Merge but you may need to download and install the latest version. We will send you download details in your Welcome email.

Can I still send out some merges without tracking (or do all merges have to be tracked)?

You have full control. You decide which merges you want to send out with tracking and which ones to send out untracked simply by ticking or unticking one box on the Email Merge Wizard.

How easy is it to go back to sending out untracked emails if I decide that I don’t want tracking?

Extremely easy. You won't even have to uninstall or reinstall any software. Do your email merges using the Wizard the same way you always have and don't tick the box for tracking. Easy!
